Luis Fernando Baron

Luis Fernando Baron is a Ph.D. student at the University of Washington’s Information School. He is currently working on two research projects, one on public access computing in Colombia and the other one on the use of ICT by youth organizations during the Egyptian revolution. His research trajectory focuses on the relationships between ICT and social movements, as well as memories and peace building in Colombia.
