Moonjung Kim

Moonjung achieved her a Ph.D. from the University of Washington Information School. Her research explores technology and social change, more specifically information and communication technologies (ICTs) in developing countries, ICTs impact assessment, and innovation in libraries. Moonjung holds a Master of Global Affairs & Policy from Yonsei University Graduate School of International Studies (South Korea).
