Bo was a visiting Humphrey Fellow at TASCHA. He focuses on public policy formulation, implementation, and analysis, specifically in information and communication technology (ICT). Bo is working for the Advisory Committee for State Informatization (ACSI) of China which provides expert and independent advice to the prime minister and many more central ministries and commissions involved in networking and ICT. From 2006-2009, he worked as a member of Project Task Force of EU-China Information Society Project which was jointly initiated by the European Union and China central government. He is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow (2013-2014) in Technology Policy Management at the University of Washington. Bo has a Master’s Degree in computer science and technology from Tsinghua University.
