She has been involved in large-scale technology implementations with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s United States Library Program and public outreach on cyber fraud and identity theft for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. Rebecca is interested in the power of information to make a difference in the daily lives of people around the world.
