CIS Monitoring & Evaluation 3-Latin America

CIS researchers will conduct in-depth primary research in Latin America. This will be done using interviews of stakeholders on the supply-side around their experiences with using ICTs to generate employment prospects for users of ICT centers, and triangulating this research with interviews of administrators and policy makers, and end users of the centers themselves. We will aim at conducting at least 100 in-depth interviews per country, largely representing end users, for the overall employability study, and approximately 50 in-depth interviews per country for the research looking at employability with a focus on accessibility.
