This project aims to construct a framework for communities to use in fostering digitally inclusive communities, undertaken in cooperation with the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). The project features a series of consultations with key public and private stakeholders to build and validate the framework. The resulting guidelines will help libraries and community-based organizations assess their needs for public access computers, portable devices and bandwidth.
