Digital Literacy Skills

This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made by and between the Seattle Jobs Initiative (“SJI”) a nonprofit organization in the State of Washington and the University of Washington (“UW” or “Agency”), an institution of higher education and an agency of the State of Washington having its principal campus located in Seattle, Washington, acting by and through its Information School’ Technology and Social Change Group (TASCHA), will conduct research and develop a set of recommendations for digital skills assessments that meet the needs of Seattle workforce training providers. To assist in developing these recommendations, an assessment needs survey will be conducted and analyzed, which will help the Agency develop a comparison framework for the assessment options. The findings and recommendations will be presented to SJI staff for consideration and selection.
