Evaluation of Namibia’s Regional Study and Resource Centers (RSRCs)

The Performance Evaluation of the Namibia Compact’s Regional Study and Resource Center (RSRC) Activity assesses the effectiveness of the RSRC Activity achieving outputs and educational-, economic-, and community development-related outcomes. By designing and implementing a rigorous performance evaluation, TASCHA supports two objectives derived from the Millennium Challenge Corporations’ core principles – accountability and learning.
