The objective of this Initiative is to inform insights around female leadership in the digital economy for the purpose of advancing common understanding and delivering targeted solutions addressing the key barriers preventing women from advancing to leadership positions in the digital economy. The research insights are to be used by EQUALS stakeholders, members of the GSM Association, the wider research community and broader public and private sector.
The Technology and Social Change Group (TASCHA) at the University of Washington shall use reasonable efforts to provide the following joint deliverables regarding the Initiative:
– Designing the research methodology and survey instrument – Administering the survey – Analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses – Final Report of Findings and Recommendations/Best Practices
