Framework for Digitally Inclusive Communities

To provide communities across the country with actionable steps for organizing and implementing activities aimed at accomplishing the principles and goals contained in the Framework for Digitally Inclusive Communities (Framework), UW and ICMA propose the following supplemental activities. These activities are geared towards accomplishing three specific goals.
1. Gather meaningful feedback from the general public and relevant stakeholders to finalize the Framework.
2. Building support for the Framework and relationships with communities and partners who can facilitate piloting the Framework.
3. Develop implementation and communication plans, including identifying resources (processes, toolkits, online community) that will need to be created in support of a national Framework deployment initiative.
