Girl Effect Mobile (GEM): Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

We understand the role of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) partner to comprise differing degrees of evaluation design, data collection, and data analysis for the Girl Effect Mobile (GEM) Platform Survey, GEM Comparative Survey, GEM Usage Data and Qualitative Research. The MEL partner will also support dissemination of results.
Based on the tender materials reviewed and the relatively early implementation stage of the GEM, we would propose a selection of one or more of the following evaluation approaches (the decision on which approach or combination of approaches to use would be made in consultation with GEM).
