Katya Yefimova
Katya is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Washington Information School. Her research interests lie at the intersection of technology, social inclusion and design. She works with organizations to develop better programs for immigrant and refugee communities in the greater Seattle area. Before pursuing her doctoral studies, Katya worked as a newspaper reporter and online content editor.
