Negin Dahya

Dr. Negin Dahya is Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada. Her areas of expertise include refugee studies, technology, and education, as well as gender and racial equity in educational settings related to teaching and learning digital media and technology. Dahya has conducted research with and about women experiencing forced migration, education, and technology in camps and in resettlement for almost a decade. This includes research settings in refugee camps as well as among refugees in resettlement in North America. She is an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of Washington Information School and with the University of Washington Information School research centre, TASCHA.
