Renee Lynch
Biography / Positions / Education
Renee worked as a Research Assistant with the Information School working on the ALVA (Advancing Library Visibility in Africa) project. She completed her PhD in English Language and Rhetoric at the University of Washington, and her research focused on global education equity and English language teaching in Sub-Saharan Africa, where she was involved with education projects in Burundi, Lesotho, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, and Uganda. Renee holds a Masters in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of Washington and a BA in Theater and Anthropology from Grinnell College.
