Renee Lynch

Renee is a Research Assistant with the Information School working on the ALVA (Advancing Library Visibility in Africa) project. She is a Ph.D. student in English Language and Rhetoric at the University of Washington, and her research focuses on global education equity and English language teaching in Sub-Saharan Africa, where she has been involved with education projects in Burundi, Lesotho, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, and Uganda. Renee holds a Masters in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of Washington and a BA in Theater and Anthropology from Grinnell College.
